Apparently David A. Burnett is conducting a series of interviews on monotheism in antiquity. Nathan MacDonald is the first interviewee. I really do need to pick up a copy of his Deuteronomy and the Meaning of Monotheism. If there are any philanthropists out there who would like to aid in making that happen then feel free to do so!
