Biblical Studies Carnival XXVIII

Chris Weimer has posted the latest in Biblical Studies Carnivals.  I have to admit that after his little April Fools Day joke I seriously thought that there wouldn’t be a carnival this month.  The highlight for me was seeing my name rendered as “Nick Noreally” — in all my years I’ve never heard that one.  Go on over and check out the festivities.

Noreally was the most creative thing I could think of for your name! ;-)

Chris W.

It took me a minute to realize that the misspellings were deliberate. My favorite is “Claude Marionette.” ;-)

Chris: And creative it was. Perhaps that’s how all southerners would pronounce my name. ;)

Esteban: You and me both buddy. My favorite was “Chris Titling.” ;)

it is me or does the link not work? or is it private?

Brian: I just checked. Something screwy must be going on with his blog. The link worked earlier. Hopefully it will work again later.

I think the carnival post has been taken down, perhaps for some more jokes to be added.

hopefully it will come back up, I missed it.

Sorry guys! It’s back up.

“Perhaps that’s how all southerners would pronounce my name.”

I’m a lifelong Mississippian, and I’ve never pronounced it that way. Of course, now I always will.

Thanks for the tip, Mr. Noreally….

Chuck: As long as I only have to read it, go right ahead. ;)
