Blogspot used to have a nice feature where you could choose your nickname and link it to your web site, blog, whatever. Then they changed it for some reason and just let you put your nickname with no link. So I was using Nick Norelli as my nickname and signing all my comments with Nick linking to my wordpress blog. Sometimes this got annoying so I’d just sign on under my google/blogger account but that leads back to my old blogspot blog which has to be followed back here. I know, I know… You’re beginning to see why I want to slap somebody… But now they have this feature that you think would be awesome. Now you can sign on under your wordpress blog but the problem is now my nickname appears as rdtwot instead of Nick Norelli! I don’t know why but I much rather prefer having my name associated with my comments. I suppose I could go back to signing all the comments with Nick but that defeats the whole purpose of this new feature. I don’t know… it’s wholly frustrating and now you can see why all the cool kids are switching over the WordPress…
