In the absence of the official Biblical Studies Carnival XXIV, Doug Chaplin has posted a carnivalette to hold all of us BSC fiends at bay until Tyler Williams posts the full version.  It’s quite good (especially because my name  got a mention!) and well worth the read — and you MUST read Mark Goodacre’s comment afterwards!  Aside from being hilarious as Hades, it raises some interesting questions that certainly give pause for thought.  Thanks Doug, I really needed this one!
